State Farm® Insurance Agent Amber Chow

"Amber Chow and her company knowingly and willing gave car insurance to my ex who lives in Queens NY. They were both in on it to commit insurance fraud. I live in Nashville TN and my ex is using my home address for his insurance. He is in no way authorized to do so. He is a NY resident with his cars garaged in Queens NY. Insurance documents for my ex-husband were sent to my Nashville, Tennessee home even though he has never lived at my address and does not have my permission to use it. He resides in New York, and the agent handling his policies is also located in New York.
As the owner and resident of the Nashville property, I was never contacted to verify that he lived at my address or that his vehicles were garaged there.
Given these circumstances, I have serious concerns about how my address was placed on these insurance records, what residency or garaging information was provided, and what verification was performed before my address was associated with these policies.
I have filed police reports against my ex and Amber Chow, I have contacted the NYS Fraud Department and have reported both of them! This is just the beginning"
