"I’ve had an outstanding experience with State Farm’s Flushing office, led by Amber Chow. Over the years, they have consistently provided exceptional service. Maggie and Gordon have been particularly fantastic—always ready to answer my questions, help adjust payments and auto pay, and explain policies in detail. They actively look out for my best interests, including finding discounts I qualify for, and are patient even when I’m frustrated by the rising costs of living. Amber Chow’s office stands out for their personalized, friendly service, which adds a personal touch that is truly appreciated. Despite dealing with auto insurance claims through State Farm’s nationwide department, the local office’s attentive and caring approach keeps me loyal to State Farm. I couldn’t ask for a better insurance experience! Update 3/9/2026: And they're still going strong! They do their best to make sure I am getting the best rate possible. They've consistently made sure all my questions are answered and when they say they'll follow up at a later date about anything that needs further research, they do!"

"I worked with Gordon on a new policy for my condo in Brooklyn and was referred by my sister who has been very happy. He was so personable, easy to work with, patient with all of my questions, and carefully helped me craft a policy that was suitable to my living situation. He made great suggestions and was able to get some policy discounts for certain risk-mitigating things I've done in the apartment. It couldn't have been smoother!
